NOPALEA ~ Cactus Juice

I am trying out this new product that I am really excited about. I have spoken with people personally who are getting great results with this juice for pain and inflammation.

 I will update this page with my progress. So far after just 5 days I am feeling less stiffness with my chronic tendonitis. Too much work at the computer has left me with shoulder, back, and neck pain for the past 7 years. Results:

Bottle 1 - After 3 days I noticed some relief in the back pain drinking 3 oz am and pm. I cut back to 2 oz pm after 4 days.

Bottle 2 - I have noticed some shoulder pain relief. Every night I wake up with my right shoulder aching but the last few nights it hasn't bothered me as much. I also usually have horrible monthly cramps at this time which has me staying in bed and taking advil and I am at this time getting by with just a little heat pad.
